Thank you for shopping at Truvyn. We are committed to delivering your order safely, securely, and as efficiently as possible. Whether you are purchasing grilling accessories, home essentials, or any other product from our store, we want your delivery experience to be smooth and stress-free from the moment you place your order to the moment it arrives at your door. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully so you know exactly what to expect.


1. Order Processing & Handling Time

Every order placed at Truvyn goes through a careful review and preparation process before it is handed off to our shipping carriers. This ensures that your items are correctly picked, packed, and securely prepared for transit.

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of being placed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before 5:00 PM EST (Eastern Standard Time) will begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST, or on a weekend or holiday, will begin processing on the next available business day.

Please note that during peak shopping periods — such as major sales events, holiday seasons, or promotional campaigns — processing times may be slightly extended. We will always do our best to communicate any expected delays in advance and appreciate your patience during high-volume periods.

Once your order has been successfully processed and handed over to the carrier, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking details. If you have not received a confirmation email within 2 business days of placing your order, please check your spam or junk folder before contacting us.


2. Shipping Zones, Rates & Transit Times

Shipping Destination:
At this time, Truvyn ships within the United States only. We do not currently offer international shipping. If you are located outside the United States and are interested in our products, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you or let you know when international shipping becomes available.

Shipping Carriers:
We ship through a selection of trusted and reliable carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx, depending on your delivery address, the size and weight of your order, and carrier availability in your area. We select the most appropriate carrier for each shipment to ensure the best possible delivery experience.

The flat free Shipping applies to all orders shipped within the United States, regardless of order size or weight. There are no hidden shipping fees or surcharges added at checkout beyond the stated flat rate.

Estimated Delivery Time is calculated as the sum of your processing time (1–2 business days) plus your transit time (4–6 business days), giving a total estimated delivery window of 5–8 business days from the date your order is placed under normal conditions.

Important Note: All shipping and delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, including carrier delays, weather disruptions, natural events, high-volume shipping periods, or customs and logistics complications. Truvyn is not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers or external circumstances.


3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched from our facility, you will receive an automated shipment confirmation email to the email address provided at checkout. This email will include:

  • Your order summary and details
  • The name of the carrier handling your shipment
  • Your unique tracking number
  • A direct link to track your package on the carrier’s website

Please allow 24–48 hours after receiving your shipment confirmation email for your tracking number to become active and reflect updated information on the carrier’s tracking portal. Occasionally, tracking information may take slightly longer to update depending on the carrier’s scanning and processing schedule.

We recommend checking your tracking link regularly for updates on your shipment’s progress. If your tracking information has not updated within 3 business days of receiving your confirmation email, or if you have any concerns about the status of your delivery, please do not hesitate to contact our support team and we will investigate on your behalf.


4. Delivery Addresses & Restrictions

Truvyn ships to a wide range of address types across the United States to ensure as many customers as possible can receive their orders conveniently. We currently accept deliveries to the following address types:

  • Residential addresses — homes, apartments, condominiums, and other private residences
  • Business addresses — offices, commercial premises, and workplace delivery locations
  • P.O. Boxes — we accept P.O. Box addresses for standard mail delivery via USPS
  • APO/FPO/DPO military addresses — we proudly support our military community and ship to all active APO, FPO, and DPO addresses via USPS

Please ensure that the delivery address you provide at checkout is complete, accurate, and up to date. Truvyn is not responsible for orders that are delayed, lost, or undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you realize you have entered an incorrect address after placing your order, please contact us immediately at the details below and we will do our best to update your shipping information before the order is dispatched.


5. Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

We take the safe delivery of every order very seriously. In the unlikely event that something goes wrong with your shipment, here is how we handle it:

Lost Shipments:
If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please first check around your delivery location, with neighbors, and with other members of your household before contacting us. Sometimes carriers mark packages as delivered slightly before they physically arrive.

If your package is confirmed lost in transit — meaning tracking has not updated for an extended period and the carrier cannot locate the shipment — please contact our support team and we will open an investigation with the carrier on your behalf. Once the investigation is complete and the loss is confirmed, we will work with you to arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement shipment or a full refund.

Damaged Shipments:
If your package arrives visibly damaged or if any items inside are broken, defective, or not in the condition expected, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. To process your claim as quickly as possible, please have the following ready when you reach out:

  • Your full name and order number
  • A clear description of the damage or issue
  • Clear, well-lit photographs showing the damaged packaging and the affected item(s)

Once our team has reviewed and verified your claim, we will arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include a free replacement, a store credit, or a full refund, in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.

Incorrect Items:
If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item received. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you at no additional cost.

Return Shipments:
For orders being returned to us, please be aware that customers are responsible for any items that are lost or damaged during the return transit journey. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining your proof of postage until your return has been confirmed as received and processed by our team. Truvyn cannot be held responsible for return packages that do not reach us safely.


6. Shipping Delays & Circumstances Beyond Our Control

While we do everything in our power to ensure your order reaches you within the estimated timeframe, there are circumstances beyond our control that may cause delays. These include but are not limited to:

  • Severe weather conditions, natural disasters, or environmental events
  • Carrier operational delays or network disruptions
  • High-volume shipping periods such as holiday seasons and major sales events
  • Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address information
  • Postal service disruptions or national emergencies

In the event of a significant delay, we will do our best to proactively communicate with affected customers. If you have a time-sensitive order, we recommend placing it well in advance and reaching out to our team if you have any specific delivery concerns.
