Where does Truvyn ship to?
We currently ship to all addresses within the United States, including residential addresses, business addresses, P.O. Boxes, and APO/FPO/DPO military addresses. We do not offer international shipping at this time, but we are working to expand our delivery reach in the future.

How long does it take to receive my order?
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once dispatched, standard shipping takes 4–6 business days, giving you an estimated total delivery window of 5–8 business days from the date your order is placed. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or peak periods.

How much does shipping cost?
We charge a flat shipping rate of $8.00 on all orders shipped within the United States, regardless of order size or weight. There are no hidden fees or additional charges applied at checkout beyond this flat rate.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, and Diners Club International. All payments are processed securely through trusted third-party payment processors and must be made in full at the time of purchase.

How do I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an automated shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number and a direct link to track your package on the carrier’s website. Please allow 24–48 hours after receiving your confirmation email for tracking information to become active and reflect real-time updates.

Can I return a product if I am not satisfied?
Yes. We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be unused and returned in their original condition with all original packaging, accessories, and tags intact. To initiate a return, please contact our support team within 30 days of delivery and we will provide you with full return instructions.

Who is responsible for return shipping costs?
If you are returning an item due to a change of mind, incorrect selection, or personal preference, the cost of return shipping is your responsibility. If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will cover the full cost of the return at no charge to you.

How long does it take to receive my refund?
Once your returned item has been received and inspected by our team, approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. The time it takes for the funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or card provider.

My item arrived damaged. What should I do?
We are sorry to hear that. Please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photographs showing the damage. Once our team has reviewed and verified your claim, we will arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include a free replacement or a full refund.

Are your products safe and good quality?
Absolutely. At Truvyn, every product in our store is carefully selected and reviewed by our team before it is made available to our customers. We work only with trusted manufacturers and suppliers who meet our quality standards. We never compromise on the materials, construction, or performance of any product we carry.

Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?
We begin processing orders quickly to ensure fast dispatch, so cancellation or modification requests must be submitted as soon as possible after placing your order. Please contact us immediately at support@truvyn.site if you need to make a change. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled or modified and must be processed as a return.
